How is the tree powered?

It is mains powered through a 5m lead with a UK plug. The electrical specification is 4.5V, IP20, with steady-on lighting.
Do I need to add string lights?

No. The LEDs are built into the branches.
How long does shipping take?

Order before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch, excluding bank holidays. UK delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
