This Shipping Policy explains how Dreibach Ltd (“Dreibach”, “we”, “us”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website. It applies to United Kingdom orders only.
1) Where We Deliver
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with a non-UK delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery to remote locations (such as the Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland) may take slightly longer than standard estimates.
2) Shipping Costs (UK)
We aim to keep shipping simple and transparent. All shipping options and prices are clearly shown before checkout.
Available delivery options:

Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) — Free

Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £1.99
There are no additional handling fees or hidden charges.
3) Couriers
We ship all UK orders using Evri.
Tracking is provided for all deliveries.
4) Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time (14:00 UK time) may be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
5) Delivery Estimates (UK)
Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, peak periods, carrier capacity).

6) Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

All prices shown on our website include UK VAT and applicable taxes.

Because we ship only within the UK, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees payable.

You will only be charged the price shown on the product page plus any selected express delivery fee.
7) Tracking & Delivery Issues
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please:

Check safe places and with neighbours or a concierge

Confirm the delivery address used at checkout

Contact Evri using your tracking number

Then contact us at shopify@dreibach.co.uk with your order number
For high-value orders, a signature and/or delivery photo may be required.
8) Missed Deliveries, Re-Delivery & Address Issues

If delivery fails, Evri may leave a card or update tracking with re-delivery or collection options.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect, we can:

Re-ship the order (re-delivery fees may apply), or
-
Refund the item(s) price excluding any express delivery fee

Delivery addresses can only be changed before dispatch.
9) Late, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Late deliveries: Please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch before reporting a UK order as late.

Lost parcels: If a parcel is confirmed lost after investigation, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
Carrier investigations may require additional information or a non-receipt declaration.
10) Split Shipments, Back-Orders & Pre-Orders

We may ship items separately at no extra cost to avoid delays.

Back-ordered or pre-ordered items will display estimated dispatch dates on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change.
11) Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

Title to the goods passes once full payment has been received.
12) Seasonal Delays & Public Holidays
During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) and UK public holidays, processing and delivery times may be longer. Any holiday cut-off dates will be published on our website.
