Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Dreibach Ltd (“Dreibach”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We sell and ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.


2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the UK to purchase from us. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy or scrape content, or engage in unlawful activity.


3. Products & Availability

Product images and descriptions are for guidance only. Colours, sizing, packaging and materials may vary slightly. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.


4. Ordering Process

  1. Add items to cart and complete checkout.

  2. You will receive an order confirmation email (this acknowledges receipt, not acceptance).

  3. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order, at which point a contract is formed.

  4. If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g., stock or pricing error), we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.


5. Prices, Taxes & Payments

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout applies to your order.

  • If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we may cancel any affected order and refund you in full.

  • Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout (e.g., major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay). Payment is taken at the time of order.


6. Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)

  • Dispatch time: typically 1–2 business days after order confirmation (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).

  • Delivery estimates: Standard delivery usually 2–4 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Fees: Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your basket and address.

  • Risk & title: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery; title passes once we receive full payment.

  • Delivery problems: If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us at shopify@dreibach.co.uk. Please notify us no earlier than 10 business days after dispatch for standard services; we will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Address errors: If an address provided by you is incomplete or incorrect, you are responsible for any failed delivery, returned parcel charges, or re-delivery fees.

  • Split shipments & pre-orders: We may ship items separately or offer pre-orders with estimated dispatch dates; we will keep you informed by email.


7. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights (Cooling‑Off)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, most customers purchasing online may cancel their order without giving any reason within 21 days from the day after you (or a person you nominate) receives the goods.

How to cancel:

  • Email shopify@dreibach.co.uk with your order number and clear statement of cancellation, or use the Model Cancellation Form in Section 15.

  • You must send back the goods within 21 days of telling us you are cancelling.

Refunds:

  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods and the standard UK delivery cost (if you cancel the whole order) within 21 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

  • We may deduct amounts for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods for a change‑of‑mind cancellation.

Exclusions (not eligible for cancellation/return):

  • Personalised or custom‑made items.

  • Perishable items.

  • Hygiene‑sensitive items if the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • Digital content after download/streaming begins.

  • Gift cards.

These rights are in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights for faulty goods.


8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Store Policy)

  • Change‑of‑mind returns: We also offer a 21‑day returns window from delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition with tags/packaging. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  • How to return: Contact shopify@dreibach.co.uk to obtain instructions and a returns reference before sending anything back. Include your order number and photos where relevant.

  • Refund method: Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

  • Free gifts & bundles: If returning part of a bundle or an order with a free gift, we may adjust your refund to reflect the kept items’ full price, or require the free gift to be returned for a full refund.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will process it subject to stock availability once we receive the return.


9. Faulty or Not‑as‑Described Goods

If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at shopify@dreibach.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/video if applicable.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (including a short‑term right to reject within 21 days for a full refund). These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer warranties.


10. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Promotions: Promo codes cannot usually be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may exclude some products or categories. They are valid only for the stated period and terms.

  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non‑refundable and valid for the period stated at purchase (or no expiry where required by law).

  • Store credit: Where issued, store credit will have the validity period stated at issuance.


11. User Accounts, Reviews & User‑Generated Content (UGC)

  • Creating an account is optional; you are responsible for keeping login details secure.

  • By posting reviews, images or other UGC on our website or social channels in relation to our products, you grant Dreibach a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, including on our website, social media, ads and emails. You warrant you own or control rights to your UGC and it does not infringe third‑party rights or contain unlawful content.

  • We may moderate or remove UGC that breaches these Terms or our guidelines.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (including text, graphics, logos, photos and software) is owned by or licensed to Dreibach and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.


13. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties or representations. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

  • Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your order shall not exceed 100% of the price paid for the relevant products.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review these documents for details.

16. Complaints, ADR & Contact

  • Complaints: Email shopify@dreibach.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 7–10 business days.

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): After we have completed our internal complaints process, we are not obliged and do not intend to submit to ADR. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings in court.


17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, industrial action, utility failures, pandemics, extreme weather, fire, flood, acts of God, war, terrorism, or governmental restrictions.


18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.


19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non‑contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
