Which wattage should I pick?

Go for the 450W if you're maintaining smaller hedges and shrubs around a typical garden – it's lighter and easier to swing. Step up to the 550W if you're cutting thicker branches, doing longer sessions, or want the extra 4m of cable reach.
Is it corded or cordless?

Corded. The 450W has a 6m cable and the 550W has a 10m cable, both with strain relief. Use a heavy-duty extension lead for larger gardens.
How are the safety features set up?
