How do I use the hot and cold therapy?
For cold therapy, place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. For heat, microwave for 30-60 seconds, depending on starting temperature. Always use the fleece pouch for skin protection.

Arrived damaged
The box was fine but one of the packs inside had clearly been leaking before it was even packed. There was dried gel residue all over it. Sent straight back for a refund. Terrible quality control.
