The 400g size is available in one-, two-, and four-packs. The 1kg size is available in one- and four-packs.
How are the bags reused?

Recharge them using the method shown in the listing instructions when the moisture indicator shows they are saturated.
How long does shipping take?

Order before 4pm UK time Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch, excluding bank holidays. UK delivery normally takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items. Simply contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll help arrange the return or exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
