Almost perfect
A really solid and useful tool. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the copper finish started to tarnish and look a bit dull quite quickly. It still works perfectly, just doesn't look as smart as it did initially.

The main tool is ok, but the retractable part feels very flimsy and I suspect it will break before long. I'm not pulling it out too far just in case.

Good tool, a bit fiddly on touchscreens
I bought this mainly for door handles and lift buttons, which it is excellent for. I find it a little bit fiddly to use on a touchscreen, like at a checkout, you have to hold it at just the right angle. But for everything else, it's brill.

Tried to open the main door to my block of flats and the plastic casing around the tool cracked. It's just not robust enough for anything other than a light internal door.
