The tapes do exactly what they claim to do, and I've had better sleep since using them. I just feel a bit guilty about the single-use nature of them. I wish there was a reusable option. Still, for effectiveness, they get a solid 4 stars.

Very good, with one small issue
These have definately helped with my snoring, and my wife is very grateful! They stay on all night. My only minor complaint is that the edge can sometimes fold over when you're peeling it from the backing sheet, which is a bit fiddly.

These work well, but I have a larger mouth and feel a slightly bigger tape would provide a more secure fit. Still, it does the job most nights.

Despite being advertised as hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested, these gave me a rash. Woke up with a red, itchy patch around my mouth after the second night. Had to stop using them. A bit gutted.
